Vranjes attended the semi-finals of the final 4 in the Icelandic cup last Thursday. Stealing the supertalent Narfi Arndal from under the noses of Barcelona or just enjoying the Icelandic sun??? Arndal played a few minutes in the first game of the day.
Also heard there was a Gummersbach person taking notes along with a Barcelona one at a 1. division match in Iceland last week. There could only have been one player they were watching - Narfi Arndal (15) who scored 13 goals in the game.
Viktor Gisli Hallgrimsson from Barcelona to VfL Gummersbach in 2027 is being reported.

Gudjon Valur Sigurdsson will sometime in the future take over the national team but I don´t think it will be until 5-7 years from now. He has a great project at Gummersbach and wants to achieve something big.
And according to reliable Icelandic media, there is more to come with Narfi Arndal also close to agreeing to come to Gummersbach. Arndal is a phenomenon like no other. He is expected to make his A-Iceland debut at the age of 16.
Sindrason is a great talent and has been evolving the past few years. Of course Roganovic is on a different level but that doesnt mean that Sindrason wont be a great player in the future.

Gummersbach have been watching Icelandic prodigy Narfi Arndal closely this season Gudjon Valur Sigurdsson could be key in the matter. Arndal again showcased his outrageous talent in the Icelandic Premier League on Friday.
The amount of talent coming up in Iceland right now is unbelievable - never has this happened before in this amount of players. It's incredible really. The league in Iceland is bursting with talent.

With regards to Kiel and the Icelandic talents - it's about being a club bringing in the best talents. Narfi Arndal (15) is without a doubt the greatest talent Iceland has EVER produced. Playing regularly in the league, youngest ever to play in the league aged 14, youngest ever to score, scoring 5 goals in Europe one week ago. It makes sense that he is Kiel material but all the big clubs are drooling over him. Gunnar Robertsson (17) well he is similar to Aron Palmarsson at that age so of course Kiel are keeping an eye on him.
Yes it's expected he will leave Iceland next summer - Magdeburg are very interested.
Baldur Fritz Bjarnason was already a topic of conversation in handball news in mid-May 2025. He was also in Magdeburg with SC Magdeburg.

Only Stiven Tobar Valencia is in the preliminary squad, so he is the only one who has a chance to make the squad. The feeling is that he will be selected but will be 2nd choice to Bjarki Mar Elisson.

Valencia and the Oskarsson brothers are ready to be a part of a Bundesliga squad. Benedikt Oskarsson for example scored 9 goals in a 37-32 loss to Flensburg couple of weeks ago in the European League. Arnor Oskarsson scored 13 goals against Ystad in a loss this week. Stiven Tobar Valencia is the most ready now and what a player. He is one of the fastest players I have seen on the court. Will move to a big club soon.
