Zagreb hat Partizan mit 22:18 besiegt und ist damit im Halbfinale, aber Ademar ist für mich klarer Favorit für den Titel.

Die Verspätung hatte andere Gründe, weniger wegen der Gefahr für die Partizan-Spieler (die wurden nicht mit Stühlen beworfen wie die Zagreb-Spieler in Belgrad
), es ging u.a. um die Partizan-Fans die ohne Eintrittskarten nach Zagreb reisten (und es waren 200-300 Stück was es bisher in Ex-YU noch nie gab nach dem Krieg). Die Atmosphäre während dem Spiel war alles in allem weitgehend ok.Ich würds nicht allgemein als Dunkel-Balkanien bezeichnen, es ist nicht ja nicht der Normalfall. Jedoch herrschten bei diesem Duell leider etwas "spezielle" Bedingungen (aufgrund der Vergangenheit dieser beiden Länder).

Hat jemand evtl noch mehr Infos über das Randgeschehen dieser speziellen Partie? Evtl sogar Fotos oder Links, wo man sich mal informieren kann? Interessiert mich.

Dann gibt es wahrscheinlich ein Finale Ademar Leon - RK Zagreb. Und da sollte Leon auch bestehen können, egal welches Team im Rückspiel Heimrecht hat. Ohne die ersten 10 Minuten im Hinspiel hätte da jetzt HSV Hamburg gestanden...

EHF OFFICIAL STATEMENT 16.03.2005Statement regarding Zagreb - Partizan
Last Sunday, March 13, the second leg of the Men’s Cupwinners Cup took place in Zagreb between RK Zagreb (Croatia) and Partizan Belgrade (Serbia Montenegro).Following special reports from the EHF-delegate as well as the EHF-representative present at the match, the EHF is currently investigating the incidents that took place around this game.
The throw-off of the game was delayed by about 1 hour and 15 minutes as a consequence of improper behaviour of the spectators in the hall as well as outside of the hall just prior to the game.
The game was finally played without major disturbances on the court and ended in a 22:18 win for the home team which qualified RK Zagreb for the semifinals in the Cupwinners’ Cup.

EHF StatementFollowing several incidents at the matches between Partizan Belgrade and RK Zagreb in the quarterfinals of the Men’s Cupwinners Cup, the EHF Competitions Commission as the responsible body of 1st instance announces the following decisions:
Partizan Belgrade is fined € 5’000 for the inappropriate management of security matters during the game in Belgrade on March 6, 2005.
Furthermore the club will be specially monitored during the 2005/06 season regarding the security issues as well as the matter of displaying banners and slogans in the playing hall of a political nature.
RK Zagreb is fined € 10’000.- for the inappropriate management of the event organisation including the security issues surrounding the game in Zagreb on March 13, 2005.
RK Zagreb is fined € 3’000.- for the ineffective event organisation which led to a 75 minute delay to the start of the match.
Furthermore the club’s home matches in the 2004/05 season will be specially monitored regarding the complete event organisation including the behaviour and appearance of their fan group “Bad Blue Boys”, as well as the issue of displaying banners and slogans in the playing hall of a political nature.
Additionally the EHF reserves the right to institute further measures following the analysis of the police report as well as further information being made available.
The EHF will also continuously monitor this matter during the run-up to the 2005/06 season in order to form the basis for a decision regarding the acceptance of RK Zagreb in future EHF competitions.
Both parties have the right to file an appeal within the next seven days.

Was RK Zagreb angeht, so bin ich mir relativ sicher, dass sie zu Hause das -2 aufholen werden, alles andere würde mich überraschen. -

Damit also Finale Ademar Leon - RK Zagreb. Als Favoriten sehe ich Ademar, aber könnte trotzdem noch interessant werden.
